Luxury and truly exceptional hotel in a recreational area near food and beverage spots. The gardens leading down to the sea are beautiful. Newly renovated rooms are spacious with a balcony and a small mini bar. The staff is sincere and attentive. Great selection of food for continental breakfast.

The position of the hotel was marvellous and pleasant, by the beach. The staff was affable, excellent co-operating all the time. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, an iron and a lounge area.

I really liked the rooms here, they were so well-equipped and had large balconies.

Strongly recommend it and will choose the place for future trips. The hotel's staff are reasonably good and extra attentive. The service is great, includes safe parking. It has a cocktail bar, that serves free soft drinks...

Nothing it was perfect.

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Penang. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions such as Armenian Street and the beautiful beach. The restaurant on the beach is a great spot to enjoy a romantic meal, and we loved the leafy courtyard area for some relaxation. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The view from our room was breathtaking, with a picturesque view of the beach. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, with a pool area that had plenty of sun chairs and a putting competition that provided entertainment. We would highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms.

The selection of food available at breakfast was somewhat limited.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed the variety of food offered for breakfast. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The accommodation at Shangri-La Rasa Sayang was gorgeous and the staff were incredibly friendly, providing excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located near Golden Sands Resort and has been a favorite over the years.

Everything was fantastic.

As bike riders, we loved the ample free open parking and the close proximity to the beach. The beach was clean and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast buffet had an extensive spread of delicious options. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the bathroom was impressive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The pool was great for the kids and there were many activities for the whole family to enjoy. our stay at this hotel was amazing.

This hotel offers a luxurious and exclusive experience. the spa and wellness center is equipped with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access. the massage and beauty treatments were top, notch, with a spa lounge and manicure and pedicure services available. the sun terrace and garden area were well, maintained and provided a relaxing environment. the restaurant offered delicious halal food and the bar/lounge area served tasty cocktails.

The only minor issue was that the staff in the coffee/tea lobby area could have been more attentive, as I had to wait a few minutes before being served. my experience at this venue was incredible.
